Flat roof inspections are a great way to find those leaks which are nearly impossible to find visually. Roof inspections are done at night after the sun goes down.
How It Works
During the day the sun heats up the roof, when the sun goes down the roof starts to cool. Areas of wet insulation stay hotter longer than areas with dry insulation making them visible with infrared.
